Hypopressive Exercises for Postnatal Physiotherapy and Abdominal Strengthening These exercises are not a substitute for personalized support. It is essential to adapt their practice to your assessment and specific needs, in consultation with your physiotherapist. Hypopressive exercises engage the deep abdominal muscles while reducing intra-abdominal pressure. They thus promote better support for the pelvic organs, improved posture, and reflex activation of the pelvic floor. Particularly indicated in the postnatal period, they also contribute to general abdominal strengthening and the prevention of pelvic-perineal dysfunction. Please note: the videos are in English and will guide you step by step through learning these exercises. Practice them carefully and progress at your own pace!
