Birth preparation: 4th trimester
60 min, 60€
This session aims to accompany you in the preparation of your pelvicfloor for childbirth and will also prepare you for the "after birth" period, also called the 4th trimester.
Sophie will teach you the right gestures to perform in those first weeks, good habits, and especially avoid bad ones.
She will go through day to day movements (particularly lifting and carrying your baby), run through some basic pelvic floor & abdominal exercises, discuss releases / stretches that will help you so you will be able to protect and reconnect with your core.

immediate postnatal session
60 min, 60€
This session is there to accompany you and give you the best advice, to help you go thru these first weeks after your stay at the maternity ward.
Indeed, during the immediate postpartum it is essential to know what you can do but also what you must avoid.
Sophie will advise you with day to day movements, run through some pelvic floor & abdominal exercises and will show you stretches that will help you protect and strenghten your core.
This first contact will also allow us to make a first assessment and prepare you for the postnatal physio sessions.

Hypopressives
30 min, 30€
This individual session is ONLY accessible if your physiotherapist gives you her prior agreement to follow these sessions. If you have a doubt, send a message to Sophie.
Wear a comfortable outfit and if you can, use a yoga or pilates mat.
Avoid having eaten before (at least two hours before) for your comfort.

Postural reeducation / McKenzie session
30 min, 30€
Postural reeducation helps to modify the postures adopted by patients suffering from sciatica, low back pain, back pain or neck pain.
This session is based on exercises that the patient reproduces at home, and on postural changes that he will have to take care of.
Patients must be prepared to take the time to do their exercises at home in order to regain mobility and comfort.

Pilates
(Initiation* & confirmed)

Pilates is a way of moving, strengthening and aligning your body. You will work your core, lengthen muscles and improve your posture.
We will focus on the postural and stabilising muscles to keep the body balanced and your spine supported.
